Obesity Help Conference, Costa Mesa

I'm really thankful to have been part of the Obesity Help conference this weekend in Costa Mesa, CA. What a great event! I met so many amazing people, and heard truly inspiring stories. I was so proud of everyone who attended, no matter where they were in their weight loss journey. Just by signing up and showing up for the meeting, it shows they made a commitment to doing something about their health. I am grateful I got a chance to speak to so many people one on one, which doesn't always happen at conferences. It really takes a lot of strength and courage to change your life. Congratulations to everyone there! You are doing it, and your strength inspires me!! :)
